Money Back Guarantee
We are committed to your total satisfaction.
If at any time, you are not completely satisfied with our service, you may cancel your hosting contract and receive a refund of the unused portion of the contract.
This guarantee only applies to prepaid web site hosting contracts. Requests for service cancellation and refund must be made in writing or via E-mail. Refund period begins upon receipt of request by CyberLink Systems, Inc. Refund is contingent upon client's account being in good standing with CSI at the time of refund request.

Broken Link Guarantee CSI will credit our clients $5.00 for each broken link brought to our attention subject to the following conditions:

• The client's site must be designed and hosted by CSI (We can only guarantee our own work)
• The link must be internal to the client's web site (Again, we can only guarantee our own work)
• The client's account must be in good standing with CSI (The guarantee only applies if you pay your bills)
• The client must report the broken link to CSI via E-mail (You have to tell us about it)
• The broken link must be verifiable by CSI (It has to be broken for us to fix it)

We are able to offer this guarantee because we take many steps to ensure that there are no broken links on your site. These steps include:

• Careful planning and design of your site
• Each page is tested by CSI staff
• Each page is verified to comply with the latest HTML standards
• Every night, our Web-Check robot checks your entire site for broken links and reports to us so we can fix 'em up before your web-site visitors find them

Copyright Ownership
We believe that you should get what you pay for

When you pay us to design your website, YOU own the copyright to any custom designed content and/or graphics that we design for you (except certain general purpose graphics and all custom programming).

Beware of companies that maintain the copyrights to the sites they create... it is only a cheap ploy to get you to stay with their hosting service.
At CSI, we rely on our outstanding service to keep our clients, NOT tricks and gimmicks.
